All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation of payment (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched, with tracking information.

We ship across Pakistan using trusted local courier services.

Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for most courier services and areas.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Orders above PKR 5,000	Free shipping / no charge
Orders under PKR 5,000	Flat rate of PKR 200‑250 depending on courier & area

COD orders may have an additional fee (e.g. extra handling) depending on courier.

8. Tracking & Notifications

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can check the status via courier’s website or app.
If your delivery is delayed or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking info.

If the package is lost or damaged in transit, please inform us within 7 days of delivery date, providing photos or courier’s damage report (if applicable).
We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement/refund as per our return policy.
Return shipping may be covered by the customer unless damage or error is on our part.

You may request changes (e.g. address correction) within 24 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes may not be possible.
If you cancel after dispatch, you’ll be responsible for any return/collection charges.
